Terms and Conditions
Guarantee - We guarantee customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, simply return the chocolates within 48 hours from delivery and we will gladly refund the cost of the chocolates. Our chocolates are guaranteed fresh when it leaves our kitchen facility up to two weeks from purchase/delivery as long as they are handled and stored as recommended by the materials that accompany each package.
Allergies - Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes nut and nut products. People who are allergic to nuts and nut products should refrain from eating chocolates.
Shipping – We ship our products anywhere in the US. We take special care to ensure quality upon delivery. Each package is insulated to maintain the temperature required to keep them in good condition. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we ship Overnight from Monday to Thursday and Two day delivery from Monday to Wednesday. Rates will be determined on your order confirmation.
Sales Tax – State tax is charged on orders placed.
